- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
- Disruptive behavior, including unwelcome physical contact, excessive noise, or obstructing event operations.
- Inappropriate or unwelcome sexual advances, gestures, or comments.
- Unauthorized recording or photography of presentations or participants without explicit consent.
- Sharing private or confidential information without consent.
4. Virtual Participation
For those joining us virtually, we ask that you maintain the same level of professionalism as in-person attendees. This includes using your real name and affiliation in all online spaces, refraining from disruptive behavior in chat forums, and respecting the privacy of all participants by not recording sessions or taking screenshots without permission.
5. Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please contact our team immediately at support@materialscience.opulentacademia.com. All reports will be handled confidentially, and we are committed to addressing all concerns promptly and fairly.
6. Consequences of Misconduct
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. Failure to do so may result in removal from the conference without a refund, and prohibition from attending future events. We reserve the right to take any actions we deem necessary to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
7. Health and Safety Protocols
The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. All in-person participants must adhere to any health protocols in place, such as mask-wearing and social distancing, in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.
